Refund policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026. This policy covers paid Query Databases programmes confirmed by invoice or enrolment email.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to seats you have paid for directly with Query Databases. Employer-sponsored seats may require the billing contact to approve the request.
Timeframe
Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date. Cancellations between thirteen and seven days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) partial refund. Within six days of start, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Conditions for full or partial refund
We grant a full refund if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date. Partial refunds may also apply if a material module is withdrawn without replacement content of comparable depth.
Non-refundable items
Completed Signal Desk access periods, third-party examination fees (if any), and custom scenario development already delivered under Practice Bench are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@query-databases.digital with your name, invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are issued within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.
Cancellation and substitutions
You may transfer a seat to a colleague in the same organisation up to five days before start at no charge. After a cohort begins, transfers are case-by-case.
Exceptions
Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom are not affected. If illness or other serious circumstances prevent attendance, contact us—we often offer a deferred seat rather than a cash refund.
